If you do not already have your home plans and design complete, Accent Homes & Development can connect you with a professional local designer to accommodate every detail for the home of your dreams.

This is also an important time to have a realistic budget established for your custom home because the primary elements of your design will naturally drive building costs. Throughout this stage and every other phase of the project, Accent Homes & Development will work closely with you to understand your priorities and provide strategies for maximizing your budget.

Step 3

Construction Agreement

Once you have decided that Accent Homes & Development is the right builder for you, a mutually signed Construction Agreement will initiate work on all of the pre-construction requirements, including permitting, design, and construction. Our experienced team takes it from here – but we will always keep you in the loop regarding scheduling, progress, and any unforseen changes that impact the project in any significant way.

Accent Homes & Development can also connect you with a lender that specializes in construction loans if you have not already secured any required financing.

Step 4

Construction

Now the fun begins and all of our comprehensive planning pays off. Once we secure your building permits, the construction of your new custom home can begin. We maintain communication with you as we build your home across every phase of the project, keeping you apprised of all the exciting progress. Before you know it, you will be moving into your premium custom home with help from Accent Homes & Development!
